Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined
Shape the mixture into small cake balls and place them on a lined baking sheet
Melt the pink candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions
Dip each cake pop into the melted pink candy, ensuring its fully coated
Let the excess drip off
Place the coated cake pops back on the lined baking sheet
Melt the white candy melts and drizzle it over the pink cake pops using a spoon or piping bag
Melt the red candy melts and drizzle it over the white drizzled cake pops to create a layered effect
Before the candy melts set, sprinkle heart-shaped sprinkles over the cake pops
Allow the cake pops to fully set and harden
