This easy appetizer made in the crockpot is great for any event. Its hard to say no to because it has sweet and sour flavors mixed with smoked kielbasa sausage. You can put everything in the slow cooker and leave it to work while you get ready for the party.
Ingredients:
- 1 package 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder
Place sliced kielbasa sausage in the slow cooker
Pour the sauce mixture over the sausage, stirring to coat evenly
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until sausage is heated through and sauce is bubbly
Serve hot directly from the slow cooker, using toothpicks for easy serving
